   We have searched many jewellers for our wedding rings to suit engagement ring, until we came across Samara James, we were booked in as soon as we required and were welcomed by the team, we had lovely refreshments on arrival and then took time to try on styles until we found the perfect fits. No pushy sales and full understanding of what we required. Thank you so much! Wish we’d come here first! Can’t wait to receive them. What’s also great is a beautiful walk on the Thames and a boat trip aswell as some lovely lunch. Thank you again so much! Over the moon :-)

   Had a great experience choosing a ring for my partner and our engagement. Was not pressure in to buying and not pressured in to going over budget. Was explained in detail the different types of products and diamond gradings and the assistance Ellen took her time to help us. Once the ring was made and I picked it up it look brilliant and was over the moon with finished product. The aftercare they offer also is brilliant. My now fiancé is over then moon with the ring.    Purchased my wife's engagement ring from here a couple of years ago and unfortunately the diamond had come loose. When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. The customer service team have been very attentive and have shown a lot of empathy in regard to my concerns of such a sentimental ring breaking. I was aligned a dedicated representative from Samara James and they kept me updated on the status and on-going progress of the ring throughout. Following a few conversations with Samara James I am confident that they supply high quality jewellery & will support me post sale which is just as important. Will certainly be the first place I look for future jewellery purchases.
