   I ordered the Gold Vermeil Organic Nose Print Necklace from Button & Bean as I wanted something special to remember my beautiful dog, Zara who passed away recently. I am beyond in LOVE with what they've created for me! The team were also so lovely and helpful with answering all of my questions and guiding me on the best product to pick. Delivery and the making of the jewellery was roughly 2 - 3 weeks from ordering and they kept in touch to keep me updated on the process. I will cherish this beautiful creation by them. Highly recommend

   My daughter was moving away to Dubai and I wanted a personalised bracelet with both my husband and I fingerprints on each side. I contacted Button and Bean and they created a new order. Bracelet came and it was gorgeous, daughter loved it. However the bracelet chain was too long so contacted seller again and they said could send back to get altered. The difficulty was this was the Monday and daughter was leaving on the Saturday morning. I posted back and they got it altered it and it was sent back to us on the Thursday, received here on the Friday. The customer care was amazing, Clara done everything to get this done and back to us. Top class service. Would definitely recommend this company.

   I have just received the most beautiful piece of jewellery which was beautifully packaged. I had a couple of requests to change an element of the design, these requests where met perfectly, communication was brilliant at all stages of my purchase as I had a putty issue but a replacement was sent out straight away.
