   The staff at Berry’s were very welcoming, and helped us through the decision process of buying a watch. We were not pressured at all and were treated equally as any other customer that walked through the door. We were given time to make a decision, we left the shop and the staff held the watch until we had decided to make the purchase. The staff took time to ensure the watch fit perfectly and to my liking. I would recommend Berry’s to anyone.

   We had our wedding bands made at Berry’s and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Chris was an absolute legend! He is patient, knowledgeable, and honest in helping us choose the perfect rings. My ring had to be specially made due to a very small size, but the team ensured it was ready in time for our big day. Communication was excellent throughout, and the craftsmanship is stunning. After visiting several jewellers in Windsor, Berry’s truly stood out for quality and service.    Unbelievable service from start to finish - and best price as well! Started with Danny on the web team, replying to my email within minutes (with the best price in out there!) and finishing with picking the watches up from Sally in the Windsor branch (showing the watches off and a complete overview of them). Communication was amazing with emails (and phone calls) at every step of the journey. I cannot recommend Berry's enough!!!
