The two ladies who were working in the shop today were amazing! Kind, compassionate and made us smile! Walked away very happy, keep doing what you’re doing :)
Brought my wedding band for cleaning. My wife’s band was replated. Mine was originally textured. Unfortunately, despite promising that if it couldn’t be done on mine without altering the ring, they would call, they went ahead anyway. Now it’s a matte finish, boring, essentially ruined. What a waste. The women in store are perfectly friendly, but whomever was trusted to do the work should have called instead of ruining my ring. Gutted…
Staff were approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Visited regarding a jewellery repair, had previously spoken to a couple of other well known jewellers and although they were friendly were nowhere near as helpful or knowledgeable as the staff at Ernest Jones.
Really nice selection of rings on sale. Booked an appointment on line, waited outside till a staff member saw us. Antibacterial given on entry for hands

I had the best experience here! Connie (the manager) and another colleague called Sue who works in the Slough store were SO HELPFUL! They both went out of their way to help me purchase a wedding ring in very very short notice and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! I am so grateful to them both and can’t thank you both enough!
