   I wouldn’t even give this Windsor branch one star!! I visited this store a while ago and the customer service was rubbish!! I felt just because I was wearing a headscarf I was penalized !!! The staff member were all female and treated me like an inconvenience!! They all gave me weird looks but they were nice to the other customers! I should have made a formal complaint to head office but I didn’t want to escalate the issue. The staff in the Windsor branch need to learn how to treat customers!!

   Walked in looking for jewellery for a present for my Mrs All workers talking and sat down didn't pay attention that there is some one at the store literally walked out and got better service at Pandora as soon as walked in sales person was willing to help the first moment walked into store spent my money there instead

   Amazing experience from the get go. I initially bought a couple of expensive sets online and one of the set looked abit yellowish. I called headoffice and windsor store and was hoping to get a second opinion if the item should be like that before I make the return to headoffice. But from the get go, the lady on the phone named Waslet in the windsor store was so helpful. I went in and due to such great customer service, understanding and communication skills with Waslat I ended up buying a more expensive set (which was so worth it). She was so kind, understanding and showed me all different pieces and helped me tried them on. I was at first really confused and didnt really know which set to go for. She made the effort to really help me choose, she knew exactly how to handle the whole situation so proffessionally. I had such a wonderful experience and I was so happy with my purchase. I can't wait to come back and buy more.

   A small Swarovski crystal shop, but the quality of the items sold is as impressive as ever. One our visit the staff were friendly and highly knowledgeable of the products they sell. True, the products and expensive, but they are lifetime collectables and when purchased from here, rather than from online, you know they are genuine and in mint condition. Well worth a visit!

   Unhelpful, pointless store with an archaic return policy. Part of this review is also aimed at the company and not a dig at any individual human beings, no matter how unhelpful they might have been. Came in well within the return period, was given store credit but unable to use this on any items worth less than the store credit. Even after saying I’d rather have the less expensive item and didn’t care about the remainder. After being turned away from another “Swarovski” store in lakeside which said they were “independent”. I’m just starting to think each store is a massive waste of time. Hope they go out of business swiftly And to help this cause I will never buy a single item from this sham rock store and discourage everyone I know from doing the same.

   We haven't done a bad review before but we had a really bad experience today at the Swarovski in Windsor. We took a 6 month old Swarovski watch to them 5 weeks ago and they said they would repair it as its not very old. We had a text yesterday to say its been repaired and ready to be collected. we travelled over 90 minutes this morning to collect it. we got the box and double checked everything was fine to find out that is was actually worst than when we sent it. The lady was most unhelpful. She then said its been to Germany to get repaired and they can't so that's it. No sorry nothing. Now what??? It cost us around £300 the watch. Really bad company, Honestly I am being 100% genuine and I feel like never using them as a company again and I will be spreading this to friends, family and wider afield.
