Very nice lady Sevda changed the pendant on my chain. She was very friendly and didnt Charge me for the small alterations. This is the kind of service thats missing in the world today. I will definitely recommend because of the friendly service
Recently contacted Asa to ask if they could check a second hand Rolex out for me in another store. They could not have been more helpful with verifying the watch was good. Unfortunately the watch was sold before I could get it but cannot thank and recommend Asa enough for their support.
Took my Rolex Submariner here last week for a polish and was really impressed. They had my watch finished within a few working days and it came back immaculate. One of the lugs even had a few dents in it which are completely gone. Very happy customer

I always knew I wanted to design a unique engagement ring and when trying to do so I was met with “that won’t work” or “maybe you should rethink your design”. Then I found Asa Jewellers and they made me feel so welcome and they were willing to do whatever it took to make my vision come to life! Not only did they make my vision come to life but they made it better than I could have ever imagined! The whole process was quick and everyone there was so welcoming and supportive. I come cross to asa jewellery shop . i need to fix my jewelry and the guy was there very helpful my opal was keep coming out my ring and he did fix it here and then and I asked him how much and the gentleman said you don’t have to pay we don’t we didn’t do much. Unusual business, very helpful and very caring. You never get something done free in this country. Anyway, he fixed my jewellery and very nice and friendly. I am happy with my ring. Highly recommend.
