This place is actually magical. In the fully true sense of magic. You go in with your kids and a pocket full of cash, and magically leave with no cash and broken hairclip. The jewellery is tat. But to be fair, kids of that age like it. So yeah.
A fantastic experience So we had booked our children in to get their ears done over in the hounslow branch and nothing more but a disgrace over there I phoned the stains store, and vicky in the stains branch was nothing but an absolute star Even tho the store was very busy, she said she would fit us in We arrived in the store and nothing but fantastic service she was absolutely fantastic with my youngest getting her ears done for the 1st time I could not thank her enough for her politeness and kindness towards us She explained all the different types of studs and prices Vicky was more than fantastic, and her service should be commented Please give a like if this has helped you

Came here few months back and the young lady on the till didn't have a clue on what she was doing and over charged us each by £18 ....
Went to go and purchase ear piercing vouchers for my twin daughters for Xmas. Supervisor standing at door on mobile phone said its the only place she can get signal. Then said she doesnt "think" they do vouchers and that she's not ear piecing trained so couldn't offer me any further assistance as she's new... yet she's supervisor?lol! And I asked if I could ask another member of staff but she said she's the only one in! I asked what if somebody came to get their ears pierced today she said they wouldn't be able to get it done. Nobody on the till or shop floor - one member of staff who couldn't answer pretty basic questions to represent the shop she works for! Was shockingly abysmal il never go there again LOL. HM Samuel's it is!
Was happier going to Claire's today. Went out for my birthday with my girls and was looking for a tiara. Been trying to find a good one for a while. But they had the best looking one out of a lot of cheap and tacky ones.
They did a great job with my 9 year olds ear piercings. Will go back when and if it's time for my younger children to get theirs done. As I got my ears pierced at a festival as a teenager, one thing I was concerned about before going was positioning the holes as perfectly as possible and I was satisfied that was done.
