Fantastic customer service from Grace in your Staines Branch. My mother's rings needed resizing and Grace was amazing from the beginning. Being patient while my mother contemplated which size and she was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process. It was lovely going back today to pick up the finished rings. Again Grace served us and we were all really pleased with the results. Made my Mums weekend having her precious rings back and they were perfect. Thank you again Grace.

Bought a locket for my wife foe Xmas. Wife was happy with it, so all good. staff were helpful and friendly. you can check what they have in stock on their web site along with reserving before going to collect
Limited stock of watch straps, but the service was good.
They steal your gold. I went there to have an 18 carat gold clasp replaced on my chain and the lady wrote on the repair sheet, that the original clasp must be returned. I got the chain back and the broken clasp wasn't included. I asked the staff and they said they would find out and let me know. Never heard from them.
