   Marcel has not fully fixed my boiler and left my flat freezing for 2 weeks without hot water and heating. Failed to show up despite 3 promises to come fix again. Spent £450 with empty promise of warranty that doesn’t mean anything. I’ve given them enough trust to wait for this long but just can’t afford to wait anymore after 3 missing appointments. Had to book elsewhere for emergency service and now trying to get a refund which they’ve refused. Utterly shocking…

   Unprofessional and dishonest. Paid in advance in good faith for some plumbing work to be done to a property we let. Nearly two months later we have still not received the invoice we were promised despite repeated requests to the business owner. We have variously been told the company invoice run was on a Tuesday, then it was on a Thursday.

   The system was repaired initially but would not turn off once working. Having spoken to the owner on several occasions I found the customer service severely lacking. I would like to add I was dealing with this business on behalf of my 88 year old, housebound, disabled father and would like to share one of the written comments I received from this proprietor… ‘I think you are very unreasonable and too pushy to be fair! Things can’t be at your beck and call, you literally cancelled when the engineer was 12 minutes away’. The visit he is referring too was at 8.30pm on a Friday evening after being told an engineer would be out either Thursday or Friday earlier in the week! I don’t feel cancelling a visit at 8.30pm to an elderly person is unreasonable! I have spoken again and was informed by the proprietor that if I gave a bad review I would be hearing from his solicitor. I am not wasting any more of my time or effort with this business.

   Brilliant company!! Needed an emergency callout for a boiler problem, The Engineer arrived within an hour, knowing that i had young children and it was a very cold evening. Fixed the issue there and then, very polite and respectful. Would definitely used again and will always recommend to family and friends x

   I called london plumbing pros on Sunday afternoon about my central heating. By monday morning my central heating was fixed! Ive had so many people come out to look at my heaters but london plumbing prod were the only ones who diagnosed and fixed the issue literally in a few mins. Communication was perfect and service was A1. Prices are so reasonable and you can tell they genuinely care about offering the best service to their customersm would certainly recommend london plumbing pros for any plumbing and heating issues.

   I can not recommend this company enough. They are very professional, reliable, responsive, on time, polite, very respectful and well mannered. There work is very tidy also which I love. I reached out to another company, asking for a shower to be installed but this other company told me they would come on a Friday, they never turnt up with no reason as to why nor would they answer the phone to me, I heard of LPP via a work colleague, so i took the plunge and I phoned London Plumbing Pros that evening and they came and give me a quote immediately, and arrived Monday morning to complete the job! So happy! Very pleased!

The plumbers that came were very professional and polite from start to finish and did an outstanding job.
