   I am continuously disappointed with the customer service at this Boots location. Today, I was waiting to be seen by the pharmacy team. A woman was at the till inputting something into the computer, and minutes went by without so much as a glance or acknowledgment that she’d be with me shortly. She then proceeded to restock an item while I was clearly waiting. I eventually walked out. This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s extremely frustrating.

   I’ve used Boots Opticians’s in Clevedon for several years. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I have recently had to make a number of visits regarding my contact lenses, and the two Nicola’s and Alison have gone out of their way to get everything right for me. A massive thanks to them all.

   Love our local Clevedon Boots. The staff are amazing & work in very cramped conditions. They are always’ run off their feet’ with either incoming deliveries, customers or making up prescriptions. They are always friendly, professional & personable ( even under duress)

   Great service this week - I wanted to find the best price for items I was purchasing and the lady on the till went over and above to make sure I had the best offers. Yes there can be the occasional queue but I’d say on the whole it’s invaluable to have in our town.

   Boots should have opened at 9 but a very helpful member of staff told me through the door that they couldn’t open until the pharmacist got there , she strolled in with very little sense of urgency at 0910 , maybe they should buy her an alarm clock . Other than that it’s an excellent shop .

   THE WORST. Have had SEVERAL experiences with this shop where I've ordered a repeat prescription and phoned up a week later to see where it is to find that it hasn't been ordered. The pharmacy has also repeatedly told me that scripts have been ordered and I have to phone my doctor who tells me this is not at all true. No apologies from pharmacy ever given, they have been consistently TERRIBLE. Wanted to give less than zero stars but not an option.

   Enquired about my repeat prescription and was told by Kate,the pharmacist,that it hadn't been re-ordered.When I asked why,she was quite abrupt with me, and said it's up to the customer to prompt a repeat prescription, which I do every time I collect it. I think Kate needs some customer service training!

   Boots has helpful staff and keeps goods for collection with click and collect on line. Which save paying postage rates. I have lots of boots points on my card which I can spend at Christmas. I am often tempted by their offers in shop such as 3 for 2 and I had my flu jab there last year. So very comprehensive and intetesting shopping experience
