Excellent service, a bad jeweller damaged the case of my Tudor BB58 925 a solid silver watch, spoke to Nick and left it with them for a few weeks and came back looking brilliant given the condition it was in when I left it with them. Good prices and excellent work!
I received brilliant service from Nick at Tompkins jewellers when I needed my Ebel watched repaired - something I wasn't even sure was possible as the watch is 30 years old. Nick went above and beyond to find a solution for the repair which was not easy by any means. The price was very reasonable and I was extremely happy and relieved to be able to wear my watch again. This was after another repairer took money from me upfront and kept the watch for weeks, then told me it was unfixable and he could source a new watch for me! I highly recommend this jewellers and the friendly, helpful staff and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
