Excellent service - repair of a Victorian gold necklace, very good repair, necklace beautifully polished, final cost was less than estimate and work done within time estimate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quy Jewellers and will definitely use them again.
This woman has an awful attitude tbh. Have given her the benefit of the doubt 3times now and I’m always shocked at her manner. Took a white gold necklace to be repaired and she pulled at it in front of me and broke it in a second place. Didn’t even say she was going to do it or give me the option. Won’t ever go back now. Disappointing!
Took some jewellery in to sell was advised on a price but was not informed of the commission /fee taken by the third party company in London. Ended up with half the price that was discussed. Found it very misleading, and they did not communicate through the process. Unable to dispute as jewellery was sold and a done deal.
Very helpful and knowledgeable, but reacted a little bit harsh when I didn't go ahead with a purchase as her price was significantly higher than an other offer I had. I can still recommend this place.
Always brilliant. Done many repairs over the years, remodelled various rings and made fabulous gold, platinum and diamond ring to personal design.
