   The shop always has such a lovely vibe – welcoming, friendly, and full of really helpful staff. Today I took my daughter to get her ears pierced, and I honestly wish I’d known they offered this service sooner. Why would anyone go anywhere else? She was feeling quite nervous, but the lovely (and absolutely beautiful!) young lady Lucy who did the piercing made her feel calm and reassured straight away. The space at the back of the shop is clean, calm, and well set up, with plenty of jewellery options to choose from. One thing I really appreciated is that they don’t use a spring-loaded gun – the piercing was done using a gentler, more accurate method that’s just as quick but much better for the ears and healing. It cost less than half the price of other places in town – just £20, which included the studs of her choice, the piercing itself, and an aftercare package. The quality of the jewellery is far better too. Thank you so much for such a brilliant experience – we’re so happy and would highly recommend!

   Ross was absolutely amazing, really impressive and a true professional - all I knew was I wanted something unique, Ross’s experience shone through and within 15 minutes I’d fallen in love with a very special ring. He was given a near impossible task and had us shocked at how quickly he found what we wanted, when even we had no clue where to start and no clear idea in mind. 100% recommend this store and Ross in particular.    I collected my engagement ring after it had been resized. The service is incomparable, you immediately feel welcomed and valued. Ross, the manager of this branch, is outstanding; he consistently exceeds my expectations! The staff members are accommodating and courteous. I've been coming here for years to buy jewellery; I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

   I have had the best experience with this store. Firstly a thank you to Sonia (apologies if spelt wrong) who helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and shared my excitement whilst not pressuring me to buy anything. Then again when I returned to the store to purchase the product I selected. A second thanks to the store manager Ross (legend), who helped me alongside Sonia in making sure I had exactly what I wanted when I came back with queries about my purchase. An excellent team who are always keen to help and make sure you are 100% happy. Genuinely a lovely experience.

   Was in today, for a few items. Collecting an upgraded engagement ring for my fiancée, getting the original engagement ring cleaned and having my wedding band resized. Ross and Lucy were both incredibly helpful and polite. They were extremely patient (both with me and they system!) and lovely to chat with whilst we got everything sorted. Highly recommend this store and the staff there.

   I was there today and looking at the display I saw a lovely 9ct gold bracelet advertised for £49.99. The representative came and showed me the bracelet for me to try on. I agreed to the purchase. At the till the lady tells me that the item is not £49.99 but instead £399.00!! I was told unfortunately the bracelet was misplaced from another tray and the best they could do was 20% off the £399.00 asking prize at the till!! I spoke to one of the representatives in charge which she refused to tell me her name. She told me she has the “right” to remove the bracelet from the sale for 24 hours and I have none to complain to trading standards. Just spoke to them and I am now going to make a formal complaint on the grounds of “INVITATION TO TREAT”. Spare any replay with kind words to protect your name. I have tried many attempts at the store and on the phone with your management to rectify this matter amicably. You denied. Enjoy this negative feedback.
