Lilly serve me and also exchange my ring and help me to choose the right one even gave me 10%off she was so humble and polite and I will always came here from next time .    Went in with my daughter to pick out something for her birthday only had a budget of £80, the tallish guy with long dark hair on the back and receding hairline was super pushy about spending more and kept on saying snarky and mean comments about our budget. I promptly left the store and went elsewhere, totally unprofessional making me and my daughter feel like we were not welcome will not be coming back again.

   Bought a charm from the hounslow store via click and collect. When I got there I was told they had no boxes, but was just wrapped up in tissue paper. I was not told prior to the purchase that this would be the case. Enquired with head office to see if they could send out a box. But they would not help and said I had to go back to the store. But I do not live local as went there to get a specific item. May as well buy on ebay in the future, as did not get the service / product I would expect with the Pandora brand.

   Most ignorant people I have come across. Very unhelpful and the worse customer service. I purchased a link bracelet that broke within 2 days as the link fell off. The lady serving said “ this is an issue that happens with the link bracelet” however, refused to replace it as “lost” is not under warranty. The link broke therefore falling off, and lost. The bracelet should not have broken, obviously has a fault. The serving lady was extremely sarcastic with her approach, and should definitely learn customer service before serving people. Refuse to purchase another Pandora item following such awful service!

   It’s a jewellery shop with many customised things. There are a variety of necklaces, rings, customizable charm bracelets and many more accessories. They are custom made and very different to other fancy jewellery. Hours might differ on bank holidays It’s generally between 9:30am–5:30pm Except Sunday 11am–5pm
