Loved my engagement jewellery from TJT! Seamless, stress free shopping experience. Shop assistant was extremely helpful. The jewellery was so comfortable to wear unlike some Indian jewellery which goes to show how high the quality was. I got lots of compliments. Couldn't be happier!

Ordered a Noor set with mirror work and pearls but it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Contacted TJT through whatsapp and recieved a different but elegant and beautiful set. It arrived earlier than said and I would highly recommend that you by TJT jewellery. See photos for beautiful quality, Just as the pictures.

I recently bought a few pieces from TJT for a wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was welcoming and knowledgeable, helping me choose something that perfectly matched my girlfriends style. The jewellery itself is stunning — elegant design, great quality, and beautifully packaged. She was thrilled when she opened it. If you’re looking for something special with great service, TJT is definitely worth checking out.

If you value your wedding day, your money, and your sanity — stay far, far away from this place. I went in full of excitement to buy my bridal jewellery, thinking I was investing in something special. I asked for a simple bead colour change to match my dress — they smiled and said, “Of course.” That smile should’ve been my first warning sign. The problems began immediately. Pieces I took home early already had beads falling off. I went back to get them fixed, and that became my life for weeks — back and forth, every visit revealing another disaster: beads falling from the necklace, from the headpiece, from the bangles. My jewellery was literally disassembling itself before my eyes. Then came my wedding day — the day this jewellery was supposed to shine. Instead, my kaleree snapped during the celebration. My brother had to perform emergency repairs with melted plastic, and still, beads kept raining down like tragic confetti. Family members were coming up to me mid-event, handing me broken bits of my own jewellery. I spent the day not feeling like a bride, but like a walking craft project falling apart in real time. After the wedding, I decided to give them one last chance to fix it — maybe I could wear it again. And what did I see? They were “repairing” it with ordinary white glue you can buy in any corner shop. This isn’t jewellery craftsmanship — this is school arts-and-crafts time. And here’s the most shocking part: all of this jewellery combined was worn for a total of about six hours. Six hours, and it looked like it had survived a war. Let’s talk price: outrageously inflated for what is just cheap glass and base metal. No gold. No silver. No crystals. Yet the price tag was as if I’d bought fine jewellery. And the customer service? Every time I walked in, I was met with eye-rolls and attitude, as if I was the problem for expecting the jewellery I paid for to actually last through my wedding day. I went to The Jewellery Trunk as a bride-to-be dreaming of elegance. I left with broken jewellery, wasted money, and a wedding day memory I will never get back. Don’t make the same mistake.

Perfect example of a company in the wedding industry who aim to squeeze as much money as possible out of you for poor quality products and an unprofessional service. Don’t be deceived by them being a big name in the industry I ordered a bespoke design for my wedding based on a reference picture. I emphasised a number of times that I need it within a specific time frame. Karan said in his own words that time is not an issue and that it will be 99.9% the same. They had 6 weeks to make it, during this time I’d only seen the moulds annd stone colours. Once the deadline was near and I chased them up, I realised they hadn’t made the product and most likely forgot about it. They then rushed and made it in a few days and left me no time to amend. Essentially they gave me what they got. They gave vague, unclear responses, no updated deadline, blatantly lied, constant excuses for why they cannot match the design (after money taken), tried to blame me for asking for a change (which is part of the bespoke process) and spoke in a rude manner. I collected the set 2 days before my wedding as opposed to 3 weeks before and after the awful service and stress they’d put me through, they still wanted a full payment of £450 for the DIY project they produced. - did not match the design even by 60% - poor quality of stones: dusty, don’t fit the mould well, dull, cracked - gaps left in the mould and told they’re too small to fill - why make them then? - sizing of items all wrong and quite ridiculous: earrings were huge! - nose ring bent and did not sit on nose properly After posting this review, I received a message from the company via WhatsApp which I’ve attached. It shows the level of delusion, unprofessionalism and childish manner of the company

Whilst they do have a good variety and range of jewellery, the customer service and production is abysmal. When we were browsing in the shop, Twinkle was our advisor. She was unbothered, eating crisps whilst handling jewellery and asked us ‘can we talk about the money’ about 5 times before we had actually finished shopping. I finally chose my items and paid half the money on the day and the other half was due on collection. Only after I had paid the amount due on the day with card, I was told I could only pay the outstanding amount with cash only as this was ‘company policy’. After placing the order, I had to chase the update as I had not heard anything past the time frame she had given me. When the order was ready, Earrings and necklaces had to be redone several times due to really basic errors that I had picked up myself. No doubt if I had okayed them and then spotted it afterwards , I would be left to pay to sort this out from my own pocket. Likely unbothered and or lowly paid workers, to have had made such simple mistakes . Picture shows one side of the necklace having 8 diamonds and the other having 7. The shoddy quality speaks for itself. AVOID!!!!

I bought my wedding jewellery set from here and the staff were amazing…so patient and helpful! They helped me pick out a set and discussed colour changes that would enhance the overall look with the outfit. I went with their recommendations and it turned out beautiful. The service was excellent!

I had a great experience with The Jewellery Trunk! I initially messaged them on WhatsApp because I was on the fence about the Anjali necklace set (with the pearls) because I didn’t want it to be longer than my blouse’s neckline. They adjusted the pendant on it so it is shorter and still looks great! They also customized the Zunaira set for me by adding champagne stones to match my reception outfit. After I okay-ed the customization, they kept me updated with photos. Great customer service, great communication, and great quality of the jewelry.

*STONES FALLING OUT! NO REFUND! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE* Avoid buying your wedding choora from here! Stones were falling out of the bigger stone tear drop bangles on collection and were glued in place with a reassurance that it will be fine. On the first wear, at the choora ceremony, so so many more stones fell out the tear drop expensive bangles it was embarrassing and heartbreaking for the bride (my sister). Imagine on your big day having stones missing off your choora that are visible in your professional wedding pictures! We tried to hide it but it was a disaster! The wedding was in November 2021. Contacted the shop to ask for replacement as by legal definition these bangles are faulty, they didn’t even last one wear (less than 6 hours) with one big tear drop bangle snapping in half on her honeymoon. Instead of helping, they were rude, accused us on not handling their product carefully and refused to refund the stone bangles (even though we followed their instructions, this wasn’t the first time the men in the family had put on a choora on, it was the third). Tried to resolve the issue via email professionally with the owner Karan, explaining our legal rights to refunds on faulty goods even if there’s a no returns policy (according to UK trading laws) but the owners clearly don’t care for the law or their customers. I gave them plenty of time and chances to resolve even saying a like for like replacement would be fine but it that was also faulty then we are entitled to a refund legally. The owner Karan became aggressive and threatening via emails, which left us very shocked so felt I needed to write reviews to warns others even if that means potential further abuse from the owner. Even with date and timed photographs they refused to help. Still no resolution or refund.
