I was served by Bhuvi and she assisted me and showed me around the store. The atmosphere is brilliant and she offered amazing customer service. I was bought 2 American diamond pendant sets with earrings. I'm very happy with the service I received, I'd definitely recommend this store!!
I was warmly welcomed by the team at Shagoon Jewellery, where the manager provided exceptional assistance in helping me select the perfect pieces for my Jaggo event. Her colleague was equally helpful in guiding me through the selection of essential items. Deepika and Bhuvi managed everything seamlessly, which was a huge relief, as choosing wedding jewellery can be quite overwhelming. Deepika selected the most stunning jewellery that complemented my lehenga beautifully, while Bhuvi created customised bangles and assisted in coordinating my hair accessories. They also helped me arrange several other essentials, including hair extensions, floral gajras, jewellery boxes, and decorations. I was particularly impressed by Shagoon’s incredible collection of hair accessories and parandis as there was an unbelievable variety to choose from. Although I visited several nearby stores, Shagoon Jewellery stood out by offering everything I needed within an excellent price range that fit my budget perfectly. I spent a total of £210 and left with all my requirements fulfilled. I would highly recommend Shagoon Jewellery and would like to thank the team once again for their outstanding service and support.

THEY HAVE VARIETY OF JEWELLERY. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT WHO EVER WILL BUY JEWELLERY FROM THIS SHOP PLEASE GIVE TIP TO THE STAFF. AND THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF IS VERY NICE. THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN THAT AREA
I shopped here last minute to buy a jewellery set for a wedding I was attending in a few days. The earrings I bought with the set were firstly overpriced for the quality of the earrings which were £30, secondly the lady told me she was going to 'dye' the earrings, however the shop coloured the earrings in with sharpies which I thought was quite odd. When I went to wear the earrings on the day of the wedding the first earring went in but the earring was thick so it was a struggle, the second earring was bent and I forced it to get into my ear after several attempts of forcing it into my ear it finally went in, moreover the back studs were not compatible with the earrings After an hour into the night I started to experience pain in my right ear hole, I took the earrings out and went home I noticed my ear was infected, I have had my ears pierced for 20 years and my ears have never had an infection. After all of this I went to the shop to explain what had happened and showed him my ear infection, he accepted no liability and tried to blame my ear infection on other things. He showed no sympathy and was very arrogant about the whole situation, customer service was appalling and the staff behind the counters were laughing. Advice: many better shops on southall broadway, please stay clear, due to hygiene reasons and the poor customer service, also items are overpriced and are of poor quality.
