I ordered a Thali chain for my daughter because Western Jewellers known to my family. Since I live in Australia, I took the recommendation. when I came back to Australia and found the Thali chain broken and the coins were not secured properly, also the pillaiyar is not in the middle of the coin, see attached photos. The workmanship was very bad, I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I have given one star because there is nothing below. In response to Western Jewellers reply: I was in the UK in May for a wedding, I told you that my daughter's wedding is in November, this is why it took long time. I was wearing on my neck through out my flight so I don't need to declare and kept in the box you provided till gold melting ceremony. When I gave koddi chain to my local Jewellery person in Australia who made the Thali to install, he is the one who noted the broken link and fixed it. The coin has the God Pillaiyar is not position in the middle. see the photo attached. sad, not willing to accept the poor workmanship.
