    Was looking for a ring and came across this jewelers in Whitgift centre Croydon. All the staff were really helpful, allowed me to try lots of rings and take pics, I needed ring on the day in my size so in the end i had to purchase from another jewlers, but just wanted to leave the staff at this store a good review.     "We will handle your insurance claim for you, don't worry about contacting the insurer" Hears nothing for two months (i have to than call) and "your claim has been denied no reason".. So you want to sell the policy but not due the work? I get its ultimately up to the insurer, but who starts the process of bolstering their commission with upselling insurance?

    Outstanding level of service. Nothing was too much for the staff who always interacted with a genuine smile on their face. I went in to have my wedding band cut as it had become too tight. They offered to do it at no extra charges and even when the ring, being 24 karat gold, was taking too long to cut, Zusana kept on going with her warm and friendly manners ensure that it wasn't too bothersome for me. I wish more places in Croydon and surrounding had such a level of service. I hope Zusana manager sees this review and rewards her because she deserves it.
