What an amazing service. I had a signet ring and a thumb ring created for me from my late mothers gold and they went above and beyond to create a stunning bespoke piece for me. Amazing Jewellers, very professional and great at what they do. I brought in a damage heart pendant and asked for it to be repaired. The solution in the end was to engrave it and the end result was more than I could’ve asked for. It actually looks better than it did before it was damaged! Great experience, I am extremely happy with my pendant now and will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much!
I cannot recommend Berringtons of Caterham enough! My experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. I first visited several months ago for my diamond tennis bracelet, and they not only offered a very reasonable price but did an impeccable job. Recently, I came to them with a necklace that was far too long. To my pleasant surprise, they fixed it free of charge!! They are absolutely wonderful and a truly lovely and honest jewellers. They've certainly earned a loyal customer in me, and I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic jewellers! Best in the area! Both Garry & Gaynor are such lovely people. Their service it’s outstanding. I explained what I was looking for, as I wanted to set a diamond into a ring setting, and literally within an hour I had a phone call to say to come in the following day, to look at something that they felt I would like. I have never seen such a beautiful setting as the one I chose. Garry even took the ring to be resized and reset and it was back with me within a couple of days. He really is incredible the way he went above and beyond to get this ring especially the way I wanted! The attention to detail and the care is exceptional! A really lovely couple and I would never go anywhere else now. I have the most beautiful ring that was transformed, thanks to Gaynor and Garry listening to what I wanted and they made it happen! Thrilled to have found such a personal and first rate jewellers!
I just popped in to Berrringtons as my watch strap was broken. I assumed I'd need to buy a new strap, but the lovely lady just replaced the pin that was missing and didn't even charge me!! What wonderful service - I'd highly recommend them to anyone requiring a jeweller.

My family have been using Berringtons for years... so when my now Fiance went and had my engagement ring made there it was a dream. And WOW I couldn't have imagined for anything better! The shape, the diamonds, it's just perfect! As it was slightly too big I took it in to be resized and I had it back with in one day and it now fits perfectly!
