   I wasn’t even planning to go into this jewellery shop — I was simply WALKING PAST with my dog on a PUBLIC ROAD when the woman inside stormed out and started having a go at me. Apparently, according to her, I “can’t walk my dog on this road” because it’s “a shopping centre.” News flash: it’s NOT a shopping centre. It’s an open, public street like any other. My dog was on a lead the entire time, exactly as the clearly visible sign states. Yet she decided to lecture me about “controlling where my dog pisses” — absolutely ridiculous and completely uncalled for. It’s not only rude, it’s humiliating to be spoken to like that in public for literally doing NOTHING wrong. To make things worse, she actually called SECURITY on me… for walking my dog. On a public pavement. I’ve never been so embarrassed or shocked by such aggressive, unnecessary behaviour from a shop owner If this is how they treat innocent passers-by, I can only imagine how they treat customers. I definitely won’t be stepping foot in this place, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before supporting a business that shows this level of hostility and ignorance.

She spends time getting to know her customers and is then able to recommend the most suitable and personalised product.    I cannot rate Infinity Jewellers in Caterham highly enough. Not only do they offer a wonderful selection of beautiful jewellery in all price ranges and to suitall pockets, but the customer service they offer is everything you could hope for. Natasha makes you feel immediately welcome and nothing is too much trouble and adds the personal touch to your vist. There is no pressure to buy and she is always happy to give advice. Infinity also offer an excellent repair service on all jewellery and watches. Sometimes if you are very lucky you might have the added pleasure of seeing her beautiful little dog asleep in her bed.

   Natasha is a really lovely person and really gives the best service. We purchased a beautiful diamond ring and she advised about cleaning provided all certification. We also purchased a signet ring for my husband that he sadly lost in the sea on holiday an Natasha was so helpful providing a detailed description and receipt for the insurers. A really lovely lady and a wonderful selection of jewellery with a personal touch. Natasha also sorted out some broken jewellery for us. Nothing is too much trouble would recommend 100 per cent

   Highly recommend Natasha & Infinity Jewellers. I needed my sons watch engraved urgently for his 18th birthday present. It was ready for me to collect within 2 days. Natasha went above and beyond to make sure It was ready in time, she's professional, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about jewellery. I'm in the process of having my engagement ring re-set and Natasha couldn't be more helpful. If you want beautiful and unique jewellery along with great customer care this lovely shop is a must!
