Staff are always professional and helpful at this branch in Westfield, London. Huge thank you to Thania whose seasonal staff during Christamas credit to Tiffany & Co. Highly recommend Tiffany & Co for high end jewelry particularly diamond and sterling silver.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great experience with Joseph at Tiffany & Co! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Never once felt pressured, he was completely consultative and patient throughout, which made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right piece for you rather than just making a sale. His expert advice and attention to detail made all the difference. Tiffany & Co are lucky to have him, honestly think he deserves a promotion for the amazing service he provides!

    My partner purchased a Tiffany bracelet as a surprise gender reveal gift for me , the team member was shown pink or blue card and ordered it for us whilst not telling us the colour which is what we asked for. The initial purchase was great however I went to collect today and I advised both team members don’t tell me The colour or show me the gift as it’s a surprise. I was then to be told my order is not here and Initially was lead to believe they don’t know when it will be here. This lead to frustration, I asked do you have all Colours in a medium incase that size fitted if so can I try on a medium in red colour , the store manager come out he tells me They have only blue ( suggesting pink was the colour I needed) this lead to more frustration and me crying as it seemed he revealed what colour I needed incidentally ruining the surprise. I then began getting more upset to which he denied saying about the blue colour bracelet , I was then gaslighted, he proceeded to deny saying this and back tracked which upset me more. I don’t feel this is good service , doesn't matter if you spend a low amount or high amount if I’m Told an order is ready to collect I expect that. Overall shocking experience. I’m yet to await to receive the bracelet the store manager was more concerned at me being ushered into a private room to cry rather than giving me a solution.

    I was with the rudest shop assistant ever recommended to check internet before going to shop in premises, further more the person I went has an accent and the assistant was teaching both of us English and how to pronounce words on her way during all the conversation(did not get upset but surprised)... Loosing not one but two customers in one go, great way of customer service, English lessons free of charge and advice of how to buy, what a deal or ordeal.

    Booked an appointment to try on wedding rings in advance, went in and had to get the attention of a sales person myself who then said oh just wait over there I'm just going to see if this other couple has been seen.. Bearing in mind we booked an appointment. She then made multiple rude comments throughout the appointment, saying 'some of us are blessed with long fingers and some of us aren't' when I said I didn't like how 3 rings looked on my finger. I actually have long fingers which is the irony haha. I didn't even want 3, I wanted 2 but she was trying to oversell in a really obvious and obnoxious way that just put us off completely. She said I could get one as an infinity band for 'first baby' which is a bit of an assumption in this day and age, I just thought no need for most of the comments she made. She was an elderly blonde lady called Kirsty or Kristen I don't remember as she never introduced herself just gave a card..and I have seen some other negative comments about her on here so maybe look into this. We would definitely expect a better service for the price. We also saw a couple next to us presumably who had booked an appointment were drinking champagne so am wondering why they thought they deserved it and not us even offered? I suppose she thought I was getting ready for 'first baby' haha. Won't be going back and certainly won't be purchasing our rings from there when you can get better service and better prices from other shops in Westfield.

    Very rude staff this evening, unlike previous experiences. But with this price tag one time is enough. I’m certainly not visiting this store again, there’s other options in London.

    Hardly any staff on shop floor which meant a long wait. When I was eventually seen they couldn’t find my details and handed me their tablet to go through all of their client database to find myself (I could see all of their customer details). Waited 45 mins to be told I had to pay £150 to fix Pearl studs that had broken due to poor quality. Absolutely outrageous - will never shop there again

    You walk in and wait for 20 minutes only to chase yourself a sales assistant for them to tell you there is waiting list…..6 sales assistants doing nothing and 2 clients on the whole floor. Despite being a long term customers, the attitude and atmosphere of the store makes Tiffany seem as tacky. What a she that the shop has fallen.
