    The company needs to take a hard look at their online shopping experience and customer service. The return has been received three weeks ago and still no refund in view. Unacceptable in 2024.

    Highly disappointed that the quality fabric of the summer dress I purchased felt so cheap and unsuited to hot climates with unbreathable materials. I returned the item (which was delivered whilst I was on holiday) 15 days after the item was delivered to me only to find their return policy is only 14 days. I’m now stuck with a huge store credit that I have no interest in using. The item was returned with tags and no leniency was granted with the one day grace period I requested. I wish I’d purchased it from Harrods or another concession, where the standard 30 day return period still applies. The credit took 26 days to be given to me after the item was received by HK.

Please praise Yasmin, as she is excellent at her role and I will most definitely return to the store again soon.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a bikini online 2 weeks ago, not one mention of it since when it was meant to arrive in 2-3 days time... I emailed a WEEK AGO and again this week and I have received absolutely NOTHING back, I even messaged them on Instagram and NOTHING. This is not on when one is spending such a large amount on swimwear. I am going away this Friday and without a bikini it seems. To add further fuel to the fire I visited the Chelsea store and the woman who worked there was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. I have been shopping at Heidi Klein for 10 years And although their swimwear is lovely I will boycott in future. Very disappointed.

    I'm sorry to say that but heidi klein provides the worst customer support I had to deal with in my entire life. Unfortunately I have a problem with my bikini (top + bottom) which changed the color after wearing a few times. I had opened a complaint at heidi klein customer service over 1 1/2 month ago. After several chats and emails I'm totally annoyed and a solution seems to be in a galaxy far far away...

    Good afternoon I don't usually make a complaint but I have to say how enormously disappointed I am with my experience with yourselves. I am going away for a special weekend and so wanted to take your shoes to complete an outfit. However, the first shipment went missing between yourselves and DPD, so a couple of phone calls later the second shipment arrives and you have sent TWO LEFT FEET! They aren't even the same size - no that that matters! The order arrived at 10:30 this morning and as I am flying out at at 2pm this afternoon, I am unable to find another pair to take. As I say, I do not make a habit of complaining but when I am spending this much on a pair of shoes, I would expect the service and attention to detail to be much much better than it obviously is. I have arranged for my daughter to make an unplanned trip to the Post Office in order that the shoes are returned to yourselves as soon as possible, and I doubt very much that I would use your site again, unless I have a few days spare in case of another error. Again I apologise for the tone of this email, but I am so very dissapointed and it hasn't been a pleasant start to what should be a fantastic time away. Regards This is the email I sent to Heidi Klein yesterday, no response and it cost me over £10 to return them recorded delivery as requested to ensure the refund goes ahead. I won't be dealing with them again that's for sure.
