   The Vets, nurses and the receptionist, are amazing. They are kind, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. My pet was treated gently, and I felt reassured the whole visit. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. I would recommend to all my friends.

   Was told to put my dog down after £650 in tests. Lucky we took him home and my son googled symptoms 12 hours online. He started rehydrating him and found foods to do the rest. £100 on foods as believed this would work. 2.1/2 months later. He’s still with us and he’s stronger then ever the biggest pain in are bums! We love it as said are goodbye’s and no one can believe that he was at deaths doors. Just goes to show though the computer can be wrong! Was told cancer by vet. but was poisoning from a wild flower. Same symptoms! So I’m thinking how many other pets was put to sleep with this condition being miss diagnosed. I’m no vet but I saved are dog form being put to sleep.

   Garden vets are always welcoming and try to fit you in for a appointment to suit you and even at last minute. The reception staff are all very professional, helpful and above all friendly. I have seen many of the vets and they have all been very caring and helpful in every occasion. Nothing is too much trouble. When they are up against a problem they need more advice about they seek specialist help to ensure your pet gets the best treatment. Highly recommend this practice.

   Five stars from us for all the staff at Garden Vets. Prompt service consistently and our pooch is seen promptly when she needs it. We like the reminders for tablets etc - and when we run out they prepare everything within a day for collection. We highly recommend.

   We could of not asked for more, from Ana, and Katherine and everyone at the practice, Merlin was incredibly ill, and it without care, and faith, on all parts I’m not sure he would of made it home. We are forever grateful.

   My old boy Merlin has been coming to this group since he was born, he's now 13 yrs old. Everyone in the practise goes above and beyond everytime I visit with him. I would never use any other practise.. Today I had to call and have the most difficult conversation you have when owing a pet. Ana , who I see with merlin answered my questions, gave me advise , but also showed great kindness, compassion amd understanding , and for that I,d like to thank her very much. To me, The Garden Veterinary Group is the best .

   The clinical and general admin care at GVG Chippenham is exemplary and has been throughout the five years we have been with the practice. My boy has no issues attending, unfortunately originally coming from the breeder with bloody diarrhoea that took some time to fully isolate causation (giardia, campylobacter, worms, ear mites) and successfully treat. Being made a fuss of and looked after so well, he actually even enjoys his visits, sadly rather too frequent owing to ongoing stomach problems that have ensued following his initial problems. The staff, without exception, are always friendly and efficient and very attentive to both dog and owner. The only factor preventing a score of 10/10 is the complexity of handling and processing insurance claims alongside non-insurance related visits, which has unfortunately proven rather problematic. However, given how well the practice is clearly run, I'm sure this will be addressed and resolved in due time.

   Really helpful professional vets, I highly recommend. I can get an appointment promptly, always get great advice and most importantly they are brilliant with my cat. Been with them for approx 7 years now and always been really pleased with the service. I've got the pet health plan and I get text reminders when flea and worm stuff is due which is much easier than me having to remember to ask for it and track it on my calendar. The online appointment booking service is another helpful feature.
