   Went in today to get something for my wife as a gift,customer service is average I would say. Staff needs to be little friendly. Anyways bought what I liked but don't think I'll be a returning customer. Avoid if you can as many other good jewellery shops nearby with good communication skills and friendly service Avoid them if possible since we are spending our hard earned money buying from them should be treated respectfully.    This is my fourth purchase from Sangeetha Jewellers ❤️. And I'm always satisfied. I come from France for their beautiful collection. Their customer service is top whether in-store or even on social media. I recommend them. A beautiful experience to be continued.

   First and last time I ever visit this store. I would give them a zero if I could. Came in to buy bridal jewellery. One of the staff members a young lady was rude to my mother after she asked to see a necklace. She dusted her away with her hands and told her to go to someone else. Once I confronted her she said she’s serving someone else (a couple that I just saw walk in after my mum asked her) Managers don’t hold accountability for rude staff either. Completely avoid. Better off going somewhere else. Ended up buying at another shop down the road as their staff actually have basic manners. I asked the lady to watch her cctv back and they refused (of course when you’re in the wrong you would). It is a shame that you lose business over the actions of your staff. You should put them into a training course on basic customer service.

   Please avoid as I lost £750 here. Once you purchase they'll forget you next day and no customer service. Had to chase to fix the chain which broke in one week. Stay away from them.

   Do not recommend this place. My family has been shopping at this jewellers for the past 10+ years, we’ve been loyal to this place. However, after going back to purchase some jewellery we were charged extortionate fees in the name of VAT, Labour costs, VAT for the labour. In order to compensate for the supposed amount they “took off” our jewellery cost they added random charges to cover for that as well as the price being ridiculously high. We’ll not being going to this jewellers and feel really disappointed at the service we received.
