Exceptional service from start to finish. The craftsmanship is stunning, with real attention to detail you can feel. One of the worst experience ever in a jewellery shop. Can i first begin with how rude and disrespectful the young girl is there, overconfident and thinks we as customers are stupid. The owners are too busy to serve you unless you actually are going to buy from them. They wont let you touch or look at the jewellery as well in your own hand. The main female owner is a good sales person, and will push and push you to buy, gets annoying after a while. Lastly there is no loyalty for longterm customers.
Excellent customer service, first and foremost. Excellent collection of mangalsultra, contemporary designs, simple but elegant. Never felt pressured to buy, went to a few other jewellers around the area, no one else had anywhere near the designs we saw, so went back to Hirji Lakha. Was always sceptical about pricing in the big name jewellers, but for a very small premium you get what you pay for in design and workmanship.
The older gentlemen was very helpful!!! and professional. Not time wasting in terms of delivery. They were very prompt and attentional detail was good. I would reconmend this place as some places are bit flaky with timings and delivery and styles tend to be queit old school. Were this place was spot on. And perfect first time round. Lil pricey than other however you get what you paid for Interms: Service Choices And more modern design Able to do both Lab and real diamond. Different type of gold. I would reconmend going to Jay the older gentlemen instore. Very professional! Througout the process No presure enviroment :)
The only jewellers we’ve gone to for c.40yrs. Whatever the occasion, HL have the chicest design pieces, premium quality jewellery with the and finest finishing. We’re always 100% satisfied with whatever we purchase, and now the next generation only want to go to HL for anything gold or diamond! Exceptional customer service always, Shilpaben always friendly and able to show us items based on our preferences. Only recently, went to give something in for repair, and walked out with 3 pairs of diamond earrings…how could you not?!?! They were all too good to choose between! Since, we’ve received lots of compliments from friends and family :) You’ll not find the range, design, quality and excellent service anywhere, and that’s guaranteed!
Low quality goods and no honouring of their warranty when something goes wrong, salespeople are friendly when selling you the goods however. Avoid this place, we're out of pocket as they refuse to honour the warranty within 3 months of a purchase, plenty more reputable shops are close by. They also say they do not take credit cards so you have no protection when they refuse to help within warranty period.
Shilpa, Jay and the team are truly one of a kind. They made the process of selecting and purchasing an engagement ring such a delight. The sales technique was that of a friendly conversation to ensure I had selected what I wished for rather than pushing towards an outcome. It was a pleasurable experience and I am proud to say that I will be returning for future jewellery purchases also. Highly recommend!
Shilpa and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the service provided was excellent. The Jewelry range was vast and the pieces all elegant. We was able to take our time in choosing the pieces and was offered advise on the selection according to our taste and needs. We would highly recommend Hirji Lakha & Bros if you are looking for that personal touch and fulfilling experience.
Great customer service, Shilpa helped us with all the information that we needed n gave us a great buying experience. The other sales person was also very helpful and patient with us, giving us all these information n showing us different products. I even told Shilpa that I will be going to other shops to check out similar items n she did not mind that even a bit n in fact told me what to look for when buying rings and said it would be a complete experience to go n check out other places as well and that they were always happy to welcome us if we went back. Happy with the purchase and great customer service. Will be going there again. 5 stars.
