   I recently bought a bangle from Otis Jaxon, as its made to order it took a couple of weeks, but it was so worth waiting for as its absolutely gorgeous! It's so beautiful and I loved it so much that I went back and ordered another one, along with a pair of earrings! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something more unique and special.

   I ordered some earrings for my wife's birthday from the website. Shortly after, I received an email from Andrew apologising that they were out of stock and wouldn't be in stock for a couple of months. With most companies I've dealt with that would have been that, but they were really helpful and not only immediately refunded the money but helped with a goodwill gesture on another purchase. They also delivered the second choice earrings the next day! That was well in time for my wife's birthday. I'm really impressed with them. Their customer service is outstanding. It's the first time I've ordered anything from them but I'm sure it's not going to be the last time.
