    Have had many delightful shopping trips here over the years for birthday and anniversary presents. Just before lockdown my husband managed to get a perfect ring for our 40th wedding anniversary gift. Jackie has always looked after us well and knows exactly the type of jewellery I like to wear. They make a customer feel special regardless of how much you are spending and we will miss them so much when they close.

    Great service and staff, particularly Gary. My family and I have been going there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Very sad that they'll be closing their doors next year. 2 years on I still get such wonderful comments on my engagement ring.

    Horrible company do not use...they gave me an estimate of Β£20 on a repair didn't write on a quote or ticket when I collected my item they said it was Β£80....!!! When I argued and said you quoted me Β£20 they re broke my bracelet and gave it back to me....disgusting......avoid
