   I took my puppy yesterday 10.50am Which is 6 months old for her nails to be chipped for them to take her in back room and to come out stating we have a problem I said what up he said we can't do you dogs nails as she keeps looking about and advised me to do it my self at home I stated that I can't do them and I said this is what your trained for he said we wasn't going to fight with her to get muzzle.in but them a again been there few mo the ago to get then done and she was perfect and we got them done in waiting room on the floor no bother at all I think he did have the time and day for her and was Against her breed he didn't like witch in my eyes was the worse excuse ever in my life (because she was looking about) I just walked out fuming

   Absolutely shit company refused to cut my puppy's nails because he said my dog was looking around and they still expect you to pay my pet plan with has now been canceled strong advised not to use this company and go some were else

   I have been using Vets 4 Pets for nearly four years for my two doggies. I have always been really happy with the service and the staff who have always been great. Since Friday, I have been trying to get one of my doggies in and have been told when I can get them to answer the phone that all appointments have gone and that I have to ring at a specific time the next day, but cannot get to speak to anyone. This screams Doctors Surgery Lottery!!! Very very disappointing to be honest. When I tried to get an appointment today and again could not, I was told that they had taken over another practice and were busy. SO, their clients pets suffer because of their commercial decision, which most certainly is based on money. Maybe change the name to Vets 4 Money

   All the vets were super caring and really went the extra mile. My chihuahua had severe pain in the abdomen and if they were not happy with her progress they took in the next day for IV treatment. Not only that they properly did several scans. I’m just so grateful because she was so poorly. Everyone was so thorough with their explanations and a plan was in place. Thanku everyone

   We were given an appointment quickly. Reception staff know my dog well and are always very helpful. He suffers with anxiety however the staff go above and beyond to ensure that out visits are as stress free as possible. Reception team are incredibly friendly, professional and reassuring. The vet we saw, Cian, undertook a thorough assessment and took the time to answer all of my questions and fully explain the diagnosis and plan. He was very professional and kind. I always leave Vets 4 Pets having had a positive experience.

   Amelia (I believe this was her name) was fantastic. Friendly, enthusiastic and clearly an animal lover. Everything was explained clearly. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to get the vet to quickly look at another issue that my dog had. Amelia is an absolute credit to the team, I hope this praise will be passed on to her.
