Very bad,i did not recomend this place to anyone.i have wasted my money and dont want this happen with anybody else.
Would give 1 star if I could. Bought a piece of jewellery from the man that works here. He was extremely moody and unwelcoming on two occasions when I visited which I ignored as he had a piece of jewellery I really wanted. Days later the pendant that I bought fell off and I realised the necklace sold to me was an open locket style. My mum took the necklace back to him to try and find a way to fuse the pendant shut so it wouldn’t fall off - he was extremely rude to my mum and tried to blame her for “breaking” the necklace. He then proceeded to say there’s nothing that he can do, but the offered a fix for an additional charge of £30 - which is ridiculous as I just spent a lot of money a week before when I purchased it. So incredibly rude and disrespectful to my mother, I would advise to avoid this place and go to any of the other jewellers nearby as their service is the complete opposite and they actually treat you like human beings. This place is just desperate for money and does not care about customers! Thanks, you’ve lost a family of customers

People are extremely Sad! Its such a pity how heartless a lot of you are in times of hardship and tragedy all you can do is write disgusting reviews about someone who is also suffering, everyone connected to either one of this people are in shock and sadness please respect that and have empathy.
