   I was here a few minutes ago and felt discriminated against by the girls. It's not the first time they've done this; it's the second, and that's why I want people to know. I bought two bracelets. I always shop here because I live near the mall. The girl who helped me was very friendly. When I arrived, one of the girls, a blonde, told me to wait in line, which is normal. What I don't find normal is that they made me wait in line while there were other people all over the store, and because they were white, they weren't made to wait like I was, just because I'm Black and they're white. The same thing happened a few weeks ago. They made me wait in line, and there was another Black girl also waiting, and there were more white people all over the store who hadn't been served yet

   Came in today and it was amazing. Was served by Anastasiia and she was incredible, she even recommended me charms tailored to my bracelet and vibe, I ended up buying two charms❤️. By far the best customer service I have had, she was wonderful. Thank you Pandora Westfield!!!

   Today I was served by Sara, who was absolutely lovely. She was very patient with me while I was struggling to decide between different types of jewellery. She gave me so many lovely suggestions and helped me to decide on what to buy. I love everything I’ve bought and I enjoyed my whole shopping experience because of her amazing customer service!

   Served by Muzzzammil Shah today. Awful service. His attitude became unprofessional the moment I informed of my budget (too low for him perhaps). Was rushing me as if it was a busy day- which in-fact was not. Kept talking to his colleagues and at one point just left me to go off some where?? Overall completely ruined my shopping experience today. Even proceeded to throw my items in the bag. He shouldnt be working in customer service with this attitude. If he was nice enough I would have purchased something more or even returned. Please go to the branch at oxford street where I’ve had better customer service.

   Really helpful staff. I had an issue with my Gold plated jewellery and had to return to the store. I simply showed them the email I had sent to the head office and they did all they could to help me. Both members of staff worked to get the best possible outcome for me. I got to see the engraving process which was cool to watch. I would recommend this store. Of course I ended up making another small purchase but who doesn’t when they enter the magical Pandora.

You were amazing I really appreciated your efforts on how you dealt with my wish, you are a shining star with a beautiful smile. Thank you once again I really appreciated your help you looked after me so well as soon I entered the store, I absolutely loved how you gave me your opinion in choosing the ring for my mother in law, how patiently you were showing her the correct size and the best ring you could offer.    Amazing service from staff at Westfield White City Pandora. Emily and Shumaiya were kind, friendly and so understanding of the issues I had at a different Pandora store. They listened to me and resolved my issue and also gave extra information so that I would be more informed the next time I came to shop with Pandora. I absolutely will be buying more charms from Westfield Pandora and hope to see these lovely ladies again !

   Great customer service at pandora white city last weekend, we were welcomed by the lovely Shumaiya at the door who ended up serving us too! I was planning to just get one bracelet but ended up doing the 3 for 2! She wasn’t too pushy and gave us enough time to make a decision, ask for her if you visit!
