I recently bought my wife a pair of diamond earrings from Purely Diamonds. I had a very good experience. Customer service from Diana and Clare was great. The earrings look beautiful. The delivery time was quicker than expected and the price was also very good. Would definitely recommend and would happily buy from there again.
I purchased our wedding rings from here in March 2024, I ordered a court ring in 18ct rose gold, heavy weight 5mm and for my husband the same but in platinum. It was lovely and came in a lovely blue box. We've been to the London showroom which is lovely and staff are lovely. More to the point, the price for the quality we paid was phenomenal compared to everywhere else. I had no clue about the different weights of the ring, I went to my local high street jeweler to get a feel and was shocked when I tried on a ring that had the thickness of tin foil! Purely Diamonds can't be beaten on price.

From the moment I got in touch, Alex in customer service went above and beyond — communication was outstanding, and they made sure everything was in place to get the ring ready in time. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, from initial enquiry to final collection. To avoid any last-minute delivery delays, I chose to collect the ring in person — and I’m happy to say the in-store experience was every bit as professional and welcoming as the service I received online. I recently had my rings cleaned and polished by Purely Diamonds and I couldn’t be happier! They got them back to me within 48 hours and they honestly look like new. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they were so responsive, and in person they were just as lovely — really friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a special price for cleaning all three rings, without me even asking, which was such a nice gesture. Amazing service, brilliant value for money, and beautiful results. I’d recommended them to a friend in the past who later made a purchase and was equally as happy as me. They’re just genuinely good at what they do!
Highly recommend Purely Diamonds! I have been on a receiving end of A* service! I purchased an engagement ring in 2020. Clare was fantastic and helped me pick a ring which my partner loved and couldn’t be happier with it! And I even managed to pick the correct ring size without her telling me (I found it a big achievement). I’d get an engagement ring from Purely Diamonds again, if I could get married twice! Fast forward 2.5 years and we noticed a stone had come fallen out of the band (it happens of course). I contacted PD and I received a swift response and stated I should send the ring in and they’ll check it over. The same day PD received the ring, they checked it over and told me it will be done free of charge with a clean/polish and was then sent back within 2 working days. Within 4 working days it was sent, received, fixed and sent back to us. Of course… Royal Mail had messed up and hadn’t delivered the ring after they’d received the package at my Local depot After a couple days, I decided to contact Purely Diamonds to see if there was anything they could do. Alex and Clare were on the case straight away with frequent updates and ensured me it will be sorted no matter Royal Mails outcome. (Becoming slightly worried as we are getting married in 2 months and making a claim is not a quick process). The ring turned up in the end… thankfully. But I had no doubt PD would have sorted it quickly for us if needed. Everytime I had contacted Purely Diamonds, I’d always have a response in less than a couple of hours. Purchased fiancées wedding ring from them, cannot fault the quality, the service was first class, I had ordered the ring the wrong size, let them know and they had it resized free of charge as they state. The ring comes in a box inside another gift box. The ring we chose is perfect, as described when purchasing it. I took their 12 month interest free finance, this was a straight forward process. You receive with the ring a valuation document for insurance purposes. Cannot recommend Purely Diamonds enough, professional, helpful, and we’re so happy with the quality of diamonds on the ring. Big thanks to Alex for your support with getting ring resized and sending us a multisizer to make sure we got the perfect size ordered second time round.

I found Purely Diamonds after looking for places with the best reviews online. I had already been to the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and hadn’t found what I was after, even after going in 5+ shops. PD are based in London, I didn’t get chance to go to the store but the WhatsApp option was very helpful and talked me through everything, gave me advice and their opinions upon asking(sometimes this really helps). Alex took the time to show me through all the settings I was deciding over and also showed me diamonds very similar to the one I was after so I had a clear picture of what I would be getting. Swiftly answered all my questions daily, brilliant customer service from start to finish and I was only a virtual customer. The ring came as promised and was perfect! Would recommend 100%, Thanks.
I was very impressed with the quality of the diamond halo cushion style platinum ring I bought from Purely Diamonds. And the service has been amazing from the moment I placed the order to when I came in for a (free) resizing. Clare and Fatima have been absolutely fenomenal. Finally, Purely Diamonds was the only company able to commit to a very tight deadline at the time I made the purchase. 5 stars for ring quality, order processing and customer services.
