This is a scam enterprise, if i could give zeri stars i would. I bought a ring from the Camden pop up for £68 as a Christmas present and within an hour of gifting, the stone had fallen out of the ring. Huge embarrassment. Have requested a refund and supplied docs from statements etc to prove purchase but they continue to refuse the refund. I was not offered a receipt either, just the debit card slip. Very unfriendly service from shop to customer service. Sham set up with cheap jewellery offered as handmade and high end. Had it been £30 i would still have felt robbed. Should have been in a Christmas cracker. Now they are saying, as I bought it in the shop I should have checked it first. SCAMMERS.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I live in Canada, and my wife loves butterflies, so on Sept 29th, I ordered her a set of butterfly earrings for her birthday from Nabilondon on Etsy. I received an email from Etsy Oct 2nd that the earrings were coming. I had already paid for the international delivery. On October 6th, I received notice through the Tracking Service and from Etsy that the earrings had been delivered and signed for, but in Greenwich, England, not Toronto, Canada ! I immediately advised the seller, through Etsy, that the Tracking disclosed they had shipped the earrings to the wrong place (and wrong country !). In their reply, set out below, they admitted the shipping error right away, but demanded that I pay the delivery fee again or they would not send me the earrings: Dear John, Thank you for your message. We’ve checked the tracking and can confirm that your parcel was returned to us after being delivered in error to Greenwich. It is now safely back with us. If you would like us to resend your order to your correct address in Toronto, please note that a new postage fee will apply, as the original delivery was completed and subsequently returned. Once the postage payment is received, we will arrange immediate dispatch to your Toronto address. What would I have to pay shipping again ? It wasn't my error that sent the earrings to Greenwich. They then made it worse by contradicting their initial email to me above, by posting on TrustPilot : "According to Royal Mail’s tracking record, delivery was attempted three times at the address provided in Canada, but the item was then returned to us after all attempts were unsuccessful." When I pointed out that they directly contradicted their earlier reply admitting my package was sent to the wrong location, and I provided them with the actual Royal Mail Tracking Record (set out below), confirming that the package went from the sender on Oct 2, through the Royal Mail, and was delivered in Greenwich Oct 6, they then contradicted themselves again saying it did go to Canada, but was returned because my address doesn't exist ! I have been at this address for over 25 years. Canada Post delivers here (when not on strike), Amazon, UPS, Purolator, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc. all deliver here regularly. Nabi London has my money, including what I paid for international shipping, They have the earrings. THIS SOUNDS MORE AND MORE LIKE A SCAM, SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! Royal Mail Tracking Record: Date Location Event 06 Oct, 2025 10:04 Greenwich DO Delivered and Signed 04 Oct, 2025 09:42 Greenwich DO Item Retention 04 Oct, 2025 06:45 Greenwich DO Arrived at 04 Oct, 2025 04:33 Croydon MC Item Despatched to 'dispatchToLocation' 04 Oct, 2025 01:28 Croydon MC Arrived at 03 Oct, 2025 05:54 Item Received by Royal Mail 02 Oct, 2025 13:33 Sender preparing item

Poor quality. My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for me as a birthday gift which costed £35-40. I’ve worn it three times and it broke the fourth time, even though I’ve been careful taking it on and off. I’ve emailed Nabi and they replied promptly about repairing it. I’ve dropped it off at the Camden store and within 2 weeks it was repaired and fixed. I was very impressed by their service but unfortunately, after three weeks of the repair, it broke again. I was so disappointed because I was really hoping that I would only have to fix the bracelet once. I’ve emailed again and asked if I was able to exchange it for something more secure, such as a necklace, as I was tired of having the same bracelet repaired again - especially since it was only two weeks. I have not heard anything from them since. I’m just disappointed that the quality of the jewellery does not seem to match the price. I really loved the design of their products. It’s a shame because the bracelet was a birthday gift that my partner saved up to purchase for me, and he’s not even seen me wear it that often.

I love this place and have been meaning to come back for a while to get jewellery - saw it once a year or so ago and never forgot about it because the pieces were so beautiful. Unique designs, and good for sensitive ears if you’re getting earrings because they use sterling silver. Picked up this gorgeous ring, and so pleased with it! Nabi over Swarovski, Pandora, etc any day. EDIT: changed to two stars as months after purchasing one of the gems fell out, not experienced this with other brands so was surprised and have avoided them since.

Such a cute shop! So many dainty earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets. Just a small stall in Camden Markets but it’s right up my alley!! I haven’t been to their website but if they ship overseas I’ll have to watch my wallet! I walked away with a beautiful pair of bouquet earrings. If you like faint jewellery, this place will be a 10/10 for you!

The design is the most unique around Camden market. This is our second purchase. Sadly the staff didn’t inform me of the discount on my first purchase, and I only had it on the second purchase when I saw the display myself.
