   My online search for a special diamond ring led me to McCaul when I searched for a cushion cut diamond. Unable to find the ring that I wanted, I hit upon the idea of buying the stone and having one made. So glad I did as McCaul’s could do both! Sarah was extremely patient and helpful during my first appointment. She arranged for a selection of stones to be available for me to view. Still unsure of the setting and colour of gold we looked at options based on the Arris design and hey presto my beautiful ring was conceived. The wax carving fitted perfectly and I am delighted with the finished ring in mellow rose gold which compliments my champagne diamond perfectly. Thank you Sarah for your attentive input and David for creating my heirloom which will be treasured and passed on to the next generations.

   Loved our experience with McCaul and now I love the ring. Probably one of the easiest and most relaxed appointments I’ve had experienced, got lucky and chose already available ring.
