   Very disappointed after returning today with my necklace to be told that the clasp — which I specifically chose to pay extra for to get a better product — was only guaranteed for 3 months! I’ve been shopping at Strattons for as long as I can remember, buying gold jewellery and using them for repairs. I was shocked at their lack of care, even after explaining my long history with them. My last jewellery purchase before my most recent repair was a pair of earrings costing £1,000. Sadly, I will not be using them again and would advise others to think carefully before using this shop for their products or services.

   We had a really great experience yesterday picking out some very last minute wedding bands. We didn’t catch the name of the lady who served us but she was so lovely, understanding and made us feel at ease considering we didn’t really know what we wanted! Prices are extremely reasonable and would definitely come back again.

   I purchased a baby’s bracelet from this jewellers which needed links taken out off it to fit .( the lady in the shop measured my baby’s wrist) Took them so long to do it .”as it had been pushed aside by mistake so they said “. !! when I actually collected it … it didn’t even fit my baby !!!! Really annoyed. Poor service. Sent a email… no reply!
