Rachel Boston and the team designed my engagement ring with my partner. Strangers often come up to me to compliment it - which was very unexpected the first few times. It shows the care and thought which go into each design and creating something unique and beautiful. The team are so helpful and lovely. Its been so easy popping in to get it resized and cleaned. I chose Rachel to design my engagement ring after a LOT of research and it was the best decision I could have made. Her work is absolutely incredible, and she created a classic ring for me that I love which works so well with my everyday style. She’s also a really lovely person and has been so helpful and responsive to both me and my partner whenever we’ve had a question. She really makes an effort to go above and beyond for her clients - when my partner initially proposed with one of Rachel’s placeholder rings, she resized it for him in record time so he had it ready for a specific date and could give me the proposal of my dreams. Since I got my engagement ring, I’ve also had another custom ring and a pair of diamond earrings made by Rachel, both of which are just gorgeous. We’re also getting our wedding bands made by her, and have no doubt that they’ll be stunning. If you’re thinking of asking Rachel to create a special piece of jewellery for you, I would highly, highly recommend her!
I was given Rachel’s name through a family connection when I was looking for an engagement ring. Even so, I can’t recommend her enough, she is one of the most professional and approachable people I’ve worked with in any field. Rachel seems to specialise in delicate works of art where each stone is worked and set to enhance its unique properties. My fiancée is not a delicate flower but rather a rough and tumble tomboy who needed something that represented their strength without lacking in beauty. Rachel worked with us both to create a truly personal piece of work that, if I’d been left to my own devices; or my fiancée to theirs, would not have come into existence. Throughout the process Rachel worked with us to find the right stone, style and emotional feel of our engagement ring. Communication was frequent and helpful (we didn’t chase for updates nor receive constant questions checking things that we’d already discussed), computer designs were drawn and shown, the delivery was on time and the design and execution par excellence. We are returning for our wedding rings.
I went in to Rachel's shop with a pretty specific idea in mind for a ring that simply didn't seem to exist anywhere else. Her bespoke service was absolutely wonderful. Rachel immediately put me at ease working with my to find out every little detail I'd be looking for and guiding me through the design process. Rachel is an insightful and patient designer and the design process with her was really enjoyable (not something I ever thought I'd say given the pressures involved!!). She created a ring which brings my fiancé joy everyday and I constantly find her in a room in the house, sat in silence just staring at it. I couldn't recommend this service more, it made the process of designing ann engagement ring genuinely enjoyable and the results were incredible.
Rachel helped me design a bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancee! Being a complete novice and knowing nothing about rings, design or diamonds it was quite a daunting prospect. Rachel really took time to explain and understand my requirements and the result was spectacular and most importantly my fiancee loved it. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
It took me a while to decide which designer I wanted to work with, but I knew since our first meeting that I took the right decision with Rachel. When you see her beautiful work in her cute little shop, you understand that it can't go wrong. Designing your engagement ring can be stressful and quite impressive, but Rachel made the process run smoothly and it was a real pleasure to discuss my ring with her. I didn't know anything about jewellery, she gave me precious ideas and advices without pushing me in a certain direction, which was really appreciated. At the end it was my ring, my choices, my finale decision, and I always felt free to share all my thoughts with her. I couldn't recommend her enough. I just love my ring.
