   Not sure it is even a one star after the service I have received . I have used Beadles for many years now, I took four watches in for batteries, three came back ok but one, my Gucci one had scratches on the back, you could tell it was where they had tried to get the back off.. this watch was practically brand new, I have had this watch for over 10 years and only worn a hand full of times.. I was not made aware of the damage when I collected the watch, I noticed it when I got back to work, I called and was told to bring it back. I did. I was not contacted to let me know what was happening, I had to call, to be told it was at the polishers... would be back late the following week, still no call, I have had to make all the contact to find out, when I did eventually get a call to say my watch was ready nearly five weeks later , I went to collect it, the watch was still scratched, so I was not happy with it, only to be told by the lady , that she doesn't know what I expect, it is what it is and I should have taken it to a Gucci jewellers ... REALLY, I purposely made sure that the back on my watch was the one I was picking up and that day it was as I have the pictures with the scratches on, so I left it there to be sorted, still no phone call to say what was happening, I called again to be told it just needed buffing. so the following week I went to collect now we are six weeks into this.... yes, most of scratches have gone but could not see serial number in the shop, so when I got home I took a picture and low and behold its is a completely different serial number on the back, so they had replaced the back with a completely different back, again not been told about any of this.. I called and told them .... reply is it cant be its only been at the polishers .... well yes it can I have photos with the old back with that scratches and the watch now with a completely different back on. I was told that it just needed buffing, so i don't understand how it went back to the polishers I am disgusted with the way I have been treated and the dishonesty from the Jewellers, if I spend £5, £50, £500 or £5000 I am still a customer, ... so now this watch does not match up with any of my paper work. I am suppose to take it back in to be sorted, but not sure what they can do about it now !! Very very UNHAPPY Sorry for long post

   I have been a customer at Beadles for many years and cannot rate them high enough. The staff are friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere which you just wouldn’t get in a large store. Their pricing is very competitive and the workmanship is always first class, nothing is too much trouble! I recently lost an anklet which I found upsetting, but I went to Beadles and found another chain at a very good price, the service was amazing and I know I couldn’t have got a better deal anywhere, even online where you can’t see what you’re buying. This is a business which I hope will grace our High Street for many years to come!

   Absolutely love this jewelers, I've had several pieces repaired by them, the work is amazing. I've taken pieces to be repaired to other jewelers and have had to take them back so many times. Beadles have made my jewelry like new. I highly recommend them, they also have an excellent range of jewelry. *****

   Used this place a couple of times lately. Not impressed. Had to go back several times as replacement watch strap kept coming away from the watch. Took another watch in as stopped. Replaced the movement with hands that don’t suit the dial, they were originally a gold colour as the dial, now black. On top of this the hour hand not aligned to the hour. So when it’s 2pm, the minute hand pointing at 12 but hour hand not on the 2.

   Darren, thank you so much ... u melted down some unused gold and made two fabulous bangles, one for me with a stone set in a mount on the edge and one for my hubby (was meant to be a christmas pressie but he now owns it)... we are both absolutely made up with what you have made for us. So reasonable pricewise. Would recommend you to anyone 100%!!! All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful.

   The selection of jewellery is good. Staff are hit and miss, sometimes very helpful and friendly. Last time service was poor despite being the only customer, and I was told something I had seen from the window was not in stock. The bracelet I bought was in need of a clean.
