   I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Melly (hopefully I got her name right) at Warren James. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and guided me through the options with genuine care and attention. Melly has a great eye for detail and helped me find exactly what I needed, all while making the process feel easy and enjoyable. Her warm personality and expert advice really made a difference. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days. If you’re shopping at Warren James, I highly recommend asking for Melly. She’s a real asset to the team and made my visit memorable for all the right reasons!

   I visited the store today with my mum to get my birthday present and the lack of customer service was quite alarming. We entered just before closing and instead of indicating this when we entered the store they allowed us to browse and then became visibly irritated as it approached closing time. We were told twice very bluntly by two members of staff that the store was closed to force us to make our decision quickly, accompanied by eye-rolling. My mum also noticed a problem with one of the items that was clearly faulty but instead of acknowledging this the sales associate implied that all the clasps were like this, implying we were wrong, and as there was none of the same item to compare it to, we decided not to purchase it Once we had chosen the item my mum asked if we could have a box and the lady told us under her breath that the jewellery was already discounted and that the box was an additional cost, implying that we trying to be overly frugal and essentially cheap. The experience was completely dissatisfactory and as black customers it raises concerns of discrimination.

   Did some Christmas shopping here and they were brilliant. Went back because I wanted an exchange on a bracelet that my sister didn’t like and Fatos was very helpful and so I treated myself to some more bits.

   Nice affordable jewellery shop. Always go there for gifts and they have lovely silver pieces. I wanted to look at a lot of rings and felt sorry for Fatos who was serving me as I was taking my time being indecisive. Thanks to Fatos for being friendly and patient.    Worst experienece ever with the young lady with long dark hair at Waltham cross branch, always rude and not knowing the meaning of being kind or polite to its customers. When purchasing a product they smile a lot, when you'll gp and bring it back their smile disappears. They even started to laugh and make funny expressions as I turned with the back! The manager is same like them, dosen't mind if people are not treated right and without respect! Better buy online instead of losing your energy with these kind of people; easy return online in case of issue not like in store so much trouble! I really don't recommend them at all. Very rude staff and always angry when returning with the product back!

   Have bought numerous gifts from the store in Waltham Cross and find the staff great and perfect gifts for my daughters friends, however I have been trying to buy online for weeks for my own daughters 18th coming up as she likes a couple of their bracelets and everytime i get to checkout it says their is an error with your order, i have messaged them a couple of times and not heard a single thing!!! can someone please contact me and rectify this please as my daughters birthday is in a couple of weeks.
