Very disappointing experience at Warren James Jewellers in Ilford. One female staff member with very short hair was rude, and the other staff were also unhelpful. The overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. I won’t be buying from them again and wouldn’t recommend this shop due to poor customer service.
It was not very nice. The staff didn’t seem to care enough to be responsive and they were sort of being rude by ignoring me. Ine of them blond lady also gave me a weird mean look as if she didn’t wanna show me the jewellery I’m interested in.
Never spend my money in this shop again. Didn't need a refund just an exchange would have paid extra for the difference i also needed mens chains and bracelets as well got the mens bits from Stratford instead they lost out on another £200 - £300 sale. Waste of £179 would have given the store an minus if I had an option.

So I entered the store with high expectations, me and my family were making a few purchases. Unfortunately we had the misfortune of being served by the most unpleasant woman I have come across yet in customer service.. she rolled her eyes and refused to give her name aswell as being very rude and demeaning saying we took a long time just because we changed our minds on what we wanted. She was a young south Asian brunette with glasses and was petite. I will not be recommending this store to anyone as although they have nice products HR really need to work on the people they hire as to be quite frank they don’t look like they want to be there and are throwing customers off. I hope to see some change and appraisals taking place where appropriate as I was literally dismissed. I should not be surprised as there have been a number of bad reviews.. I hope something is done and a change occurs because like this the business will not survive for long.

Entered the store and the staff looked really annoyed and were super unfriendly, which is unfortunate considering the items they sell are stunning. Was going to make purchase of an item but the look of disgust on their face threw me off and I’ve never walked out a shop more faster than before. Don’t usually review places but the staff were really stuck up and rude, especially when serving the lady huffed like she was really annoyed serving us and other lady barely acknowledge with a nod. I understand we have our days but Im human too and I tried to be polite and friendly regardless but no change in the attitude. Just wanted to be treated right.
Very good customer service! The team working in there helped me find my perfect size for the engagement ring received 2 days ago! I am so happy! Amazing quality! My engagement ring is gorgeous! Thank you for the help!
This shop is a treasure to view. The prices are amazing, and the staff are lovely and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. Unfortunately I had to return a item due to it not fitting, and was issued a credit note for this item, that is valid for 6 months. I would highly recommend this shop.
