   Unfortunately visited this store with my mother who wanted to purchase a necklace. The lady who works there is so rude and unprofessional. We asked a question and then an unrelated question a few minutes after. Yet she tells us “I already answered this.” Delusional. It took ages for us to even be served. She definitely wasn’t going to approach us on her own. Very lazy. If you don’t want to work stay at home. My mother actually really liked a necklace there and wanted to purchase it. I said hell no because this sort of mannerless people definitely do not deserve our hard earned money. Customer service training definitely needed. We purchased a necklace from another store a couple of doors down instead. They had excellent service.

   Unfortunately cannot give 0. Staff very rude - the man and woman. The man saw me but ignored me and went ahead speaking to the man behind me. Then went to the lady, no polite welcome by her either. She picked up her phone and was having a long conversation that was nothing to do with the shop. Was very reluctant to show me anything just kept saying give me a price range. In other words was not bothered to open up anything to show me.Tbh you're better off going to bigger gold shops such as Green Street, much more variety and get better deals!

   Rude staff & bad customer service I called Alanker jewellery today at 4pm to find out the price of gold of a specific day, however I received the most rudest and unprofessional behaviour over the phone. I only asked one question and the worker replied with a total different answer & and said that he does not understand my question. He was shouting over the phone and even hung up on me. Absolute unprofessional behaviour! Please hire staff that can do the job properly. I DO NOT RECOMMNEND THIS STORE. Shop elsewhere.
