    I phoned up a couple of jewellery shops with a request, most of them they were rude and not really interested to take the job as I wanted a small hook on a sea shell so I can give a present to my girlfriend. As he picked up the phone it was really kind and really nice. As soon I walked into the shop I’ve got the best customer service tbh.
