I took my fiancée to this shop to get a wedding band sized up for me and I was not treated well by staff there. When I asked to try a ring on the staff threw the ring on the table infront of me which of course made me feel unwelcome and showed no care towards the products. I have also seen a review that seems to be a similar situation to what I experienced. I would not recommend coming here at all!!!
The customer service was really poor. The staff did not say hello and when I asked to be ring sized, the lady threw the ring sizer on the table. Staff did not assist and were not welcoming at all. This was the worst experience I have had at a jewellery shop. I will not be going there again and definitely do not recommend anyone to buy from there!
Terrible Service. Was told by the owner himself "if you're not buying anything can you go" what a way to speak to your customers. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Total scammers! My husband went to repair my bracelet and it was returned shorter, wouldn’t provide a receipt for repair and argued took the initial receipt back and dismantled the bracelet. When I put my bracelet on it was tight and before the repair it was lose hanged on my wrist. I have photo to prove this! They are cheaters, rude and untrustworthy. Wouldn’t think the owner would lose customers over small repair! But I suppose if he steals small amount of gold everytime it would eventually build up— don’t ever to go here their weighing machine is tempered. They shout and intimidate customers.
Absolutely loved the service here. Very polite and helpful staff. Great value for money and great advise on how look after the jewelry i bought.
