Rob and the team were very friendly and helpful when my partner and I went to the shop to look at engagement rings. We had been to a couple of other jewellery stores but at Francis Jones they took the time to listen to what we wanted and gave us plenty of options and the time to decide. Over the years we have bought presents from this jewellers and had repairs done, and they are always very friendly and helpful, and very good value. The craftsmanship is top notch....you are in the hands of a true expert here with years of sound experience . We recently had my mum's engagement ring repaired and it was superb service in every respect.
Outstanding. The owner and staff are helpful. Its a lovel little shop. I popped in to see if he could fix my watch. £5 and 30 mins later it was fixed. Turns out it need a clean and a new battery but still. Watches of Switzerland charged me over £50 to do that same 2 years ago. Now my jewellers of choice!
