Hi, I bought four rings from this company and they were beautiful, I would highly recommend
Purchased a ring off seller for ÂĢ950, there was no mention of damage and no damage visible on photos in the listing. Upon receiving the opal it was glaringly damaged/cracked rendering the ring worth less than half of what I paid for it, it was well protected in transit so I assume seller was aware of this and did not display in the photos on the listing. The seller has not replied to any of my emails or messages despite having been open and online having updated my dispatched date.
They have made some alterations to rings for me, the alterations were made quickly and advice given was excellent. First class service by friendly very knowledgeable staff. Also have a beautiful selection of new and antique jewellery.
Went to a couple of places to sell some gold and Decorus came up with a far superior price than anyone else. I've has repairs done there and its a speedy turnaround and what I like most about Jason and his team is they are very professional, spend time in listening to what you need and and install faith they are looking after you and being a bespoke independent company, feel I am supporting a local business.
Visited this morning to get a price on some old jewellery I had been left. It was valued on the spot, and I was offered far more than from a jewellers in Tunbridge Wells. Fabulous service and I felt very reassured with the advice I was given regarding keeping a couple of the items.
So pleased today went into decorus jewellers to sell old pieces of jewellery it was the 3rd local shop i had been to and they offered me much better deal than the both the others . Friendly service and am over the moon . Thank you
A smart pleasant and professional shop in a good location in a pleasant town.Very reasonably priced and a good selection. I have been to jewellery shops all over the world and this one stands out .It's the staff.They are welcoming and friendly, attentive without being intrusive. They listen to customers wishes sometimes giving them new ideas. Their attention to detail is unbelievable.
Avoid. The worst customer service we have experienced in decades in business and as consumers. A clock repair in March 2021 took 6 months the first time and was charged at ÂĢ180 without first giving us the promised estimate for 'OK'. Clock failed after 2 days. The second attempt took another 4 months and again failed: clearly not tested. Each time we chased we were promised action or at least a call back. We contacted dozens of times and were called just twice in a period of well over a year. We finally agreed in May 22 to a refund. Despite more promises, including 2 specific payment dates from the owner/manager, we had to take legal action and enforce judgement to get repaid in mid September. Would give negative stars if system allowed: one is too generous. Stressful and insulting.
Charged and fitted a battery in watch that was broken it belonged to my mother with dementia. I explained that and he took my money still how heartless.he should have told me before fitting a battery in a watch that was broken . He knew.total rip off.
