Fantastic,very helpful and professional team. I went to get some charms and lovely girl named Armanda spent all her time with me. She told me about the great offer I can get in store which made me even buy more, she spent good amount of time with me patiently showing me things I was interested in, she adviced on engraving service, helped me to chose items which I might like. At the end she put all charms on my bracelet and put it on my hand. Lovely service. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you,Armanda.
I’d like to thank the girls and the store manager at the Ilford exchange today for helping me out when I got stressed and overwhelmed with the situation I was in. the manager even gave me a hug … twice. Thank you ladies. I’m very happy now.
The "manager" of this store needs to work on her customer service. I went into the store recently to exchange an item and her attitude was dreadful. AlI I did was ask to exchange an item and she was already acting moody. While my order was being sorted out (by another worker, may I add), not only she was speaking to me rudely, but she also clicked at another worker to assist some other customers, who she had already spoken to. This so-called "manager" desperately needs some training on customer service and a lesson on simple manners.

Excellent service (only sorry I didn't ask the Lady her name, I think she may be the manager from what was said in conversation). Very helpful deciding on sizes, and what type of products to choose, and a discount on certain items at the end. No queueing, Very, very pleased.
