Completely Unprofessional, I have sent them a direct message on Instagram several times and received no reply. My messages have been opened and seen but they do not reply. Worst company I’ve come across the service is s***!
Ordered a jewellery during second lockdown and still have not got my set or a refund. I emailed them after 2 weeks as I hadn’t heard from them and thought this was strange. No reply and their number listed is dead. So I have no set and am out of pocket for it! This is fraud... Do not order off their website!!!!
