   Had a really great experience with this store recently. I was searching for a very limited edition piece that had sold out everywhere- I called this store and spoke to Gordon who told me they had just one of the items I was looking for left in stock. I wasn’t able to get to the store until late that evening but Gordon kept the item aside for me as promised. He said he has lots of calls after mine asking for this item but he told them all the item was sold out. I was so grateful for this as people were selling the item for more than double on resale sites and this was my last chance to get it at retail price. Thanks so much Gordon for keeping your word and saving the last one for me. My boyfriend is going to be over the moon getting his Christmas gifts this year. I’m so grateful for your help. The other staff member who served me in the shop was also lovely and friendly- unfortunately I didn’t manage to catch his name. Overall great experience with this store!

   I received the best care today when receiving consultation regarding fixing existing ear piercings issues. I recommend speaking with Nada at H Samuel - Lakeside. Not only did I receive helpful advice but you can tell she cares about the customers. I will be going back to sort out my remaining ear piercings.

   Came into store to look for rose gold wedding, as was recommend by their Southend store. The woman was not even bothered in making a sale. She points at fancy rings when I ask about plain rose gold, then said they didn't do them, even though you have them on your website. Now taken our business elsewhere.

   Lovely selection of jewellery! I can’t say the same for the staff, me and my fiancé come in to get our ring sizes measured for wedding rings, a member of staff we dealt barely said 2 words, the lady appeared she couldn’t be bothered to get out rings to try, very poor customer service! I’d expect better when your wanting to spend a lot of money!
