Ordered a necklace on 10th November, not received the goods, emailed and got no reply and the telephone number says not in service, had to raise a dispute with the bank, shocking customer service.
I do like their jewelry when I brought sliver coin and gold plated necklaces, which I like, so I made another purchase and did after pay during Covid and no tracking information nothing never arrived the 2nd time. I contacted them never replied back after they said they were on vacation, like I was bugging them for what I paid for. I realized after the time period passed I could’ve disputed it with after pay that it never arrived. I was giving them and the post office time since they claimed the post office was back up, but where is my package and tracking number nothing. I don’t trust them anymore so I stopped purchasing from them. Very disrespectful and dishonest, bad customer service.
Terrible!! I ordered some rose gold bracelets that never come!! They said they had posted them when I emailed them over a week later then when I said no tracking has come up on Shop they then said...we are posted them first thing tomorrow!! So they lied and still never received them!! So PayPal had to refund me back! Would never order from these people again!!
Sappho gave my engagement ring a well needed face lift after my fiance was sold a ring from another jeweller that was not what it should have been. She totally redesigned my ring for me and set it in platinum and I have to say it is the most beautiful ring and we are over the moon with it! I can’t thank her enough for the work and love that she put in to it to give me the most amazing end result she is fab!

Necklace clasp broke after 6 months, returned just before lock down for repair (authorised by them). Since then I've emailed over 10 times and tried calling (nobody answers). They've probably gone bust but if they've not don't order from hre as the service is terrible. We're £49 down.
Prices and item collection is great but there is ZERO customer service at least for the online shop! I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend in Greece and never received notifications if the parcel was dispatched or tracking id etc. I tried both to email them AND called them MULTIPLE TIMES but nada. Zero responses. I was ready to open a dispute for this order and then the parcel came to my home... We are in 2019, Sparkling Jewellery, SOME customer service is needed!
