   Gemz by emz has by far the best customer service I have ever received! She has gone above and beyond to create a Xmas present last minute! I ordered the same necklace from a reputable well rated company but it came and I was so unhappy with it! I emailed gemz by emz later than what I would deem acceptable and she has given me the most amazing present I can gift at Xmas! The packaging the detail she has created on this is by far better than I have received in the past for similar presents! Couldn’t give a 10 star but If I could I would! Well worth paying that tiny bit extra for the quality gemz by emz provides!!! Thank you again so much!!

The ordering was so so simple and easy to do and within a few days my order had arrived in the most beautiful packaging. Was such a joy to open it and the necklace didn’t disappoint.
