My favourite jewellery shop. We bought our wedding bands here. I've had older jewellery immacuately repaired over the years at very reasonable rates, and just recently bought my mum a fabulous watch here. Always receiving the most expert care and attention from Paul Toulson. Will be coming back for future purchases for sure.

Initially saw a seiko watch advertised on Toulson Jones website and I contacted Paul about it. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he sent pictures and was extremely helpful. He had a direct WhatsApp contact which made everything easy with pictures and chat. Really nice to find independent jewelers with a personal touch and great customer service. I would recommend to family and freinds without doubt.
The customer service at Toulson Jones is brilliant. They were able to help me with a bespoke wedding ring with a quick turnaround. The ring is beautiful and fits my engagement ring perfectly. Everyone one I spoke with were friendly and took the time to explain what would work best with the engagement ring.
Incredibly helpful jewellers with a good range of quality items covering most price ranges. Carried out an insurance valuation and repair on a ring for me - reasonably priced and made me feel as though I was in very good hands without being pushy. Had tried other jewellers in the centre who were far from helpful and not as knowledgeable. Staff here were friendly and approachable and I’ll certainly be using them again in future. Highly recommend.
