Fake jewellery brought necklaces a few years back never really wore it so I been wearing it for a week now and noticed my neck has turned green. So it’s fake. Very disappointing as the jewellery was a good price now I know why

I bought a bracelet from Grays shop. The staff who works there I told her I’m buying it for my daughter she said if you don’t like it you can return it back never mentioned they don’t do refunds in exchange. She tricked me thinking let me but if my daughter doesn’t like I can return it back and when I took it back she referred me to my receipt saying it says we can only exchange or give credit. I was so annoyed and said if you told no there is no refund I wouldn’t have bought this in the first place. I spend £69 and being forced to either keep the bracelet or get something else even if I don’t need it. It’s a shame how she tricked me be careful what you buy from there. There’s no honest in this world left anymore.

Walking through shopping centre large display of discounts visible through front showcase reductions on lots of items, purchased a new pair of white gold ear studs should have been £35 purchased for £23 not bad...
Iam not very pleased as I brought this ring from warren James in Hastings 2wks ago and it gone funny colour and turn my finger green.as I wore as soon as I brought it they never gave me a receipt to my in knowledge I thought every thing they sold was reall silver obviously not as went down the shop this morning and they wouldn't do any about it as did not have a receipt they never gave me one I have other items from James warren and had no problems so they should off informed it wasn't real silver so 18 pound wasted and down the drain as they will not replace it or give me a refund and to be honest thought they was very rude there customer service needs re thinking and they have lost my custome
